Honesty: Many people think that "honesty" and "used car salesman" are two terms that cannot be used in the same sentence---unless there is a "NOT" or "NEVER" somewhere in between them! We realized when we started SAB that we'd be fighting against this widely held opinion. But our pledge is this: any customer who uses SAB’s services will be treated the very same way we'd treat a close family member friend. We will never mislead you or try and sell you something using dishonesty. You will always get our best advice because it is a priority in our business to maintain a clear conscience and great reputation.
Integrity: A verse from the book of Proverbs in the Bible is this company's foundation. It says "A good name is more valuable than great riches". (Proverbs 22:15) What that means is, although this is a business that needs to be profitable, at the end of the day how a customer feels about the deal we have made for them is more important than how much money we made on that deal. Only once since SAB began in the fall of 2005 has a customer been unhappy with a vehicle we delivered. I agreed their concerns were warranted and we promptly repurchased the vehicle from that customer and found them another at no commission.
Flexibility: SAB is not only an auto dealership, but a personalized buying service. We make deals happen for the benefit of our customers. There are no outside forces controlling us so we do not feel any pressure to sell you a certain make or model of car. We don't keep a lot of inventory sitting on a lot which we are paying debt service on, so we have no personal interest in which vehicle you choose. SAB works for you and will help you get the best car that fits your needs, one which you’d like to be driving, and at the best possible price. Having that flexibility is a great advantage working for you. Once customers experience buying a vehicle this way, they come back to SAB and recommend it to their friends because they know they have gotten an outstanding deal and the process was extremely easy.
Service: One of our customers recently wrote back a note which said in part: "In today's world it's definitely a challenge to find good service. I' ve found SAB to be the exception. . . . I would sum up my experience with SAB as ‘Going beyond the expected to receiving the exceptional!’ " Many of our customers know Paul started this business after more than 20 years in ministry as a local church pastor. What we are doing now is also a type of ministry, which is just another word for service. We are helping people use their money wisely and making an often difficult or unpleasant task–buying a new car–simple, even enjoyable. SAB is service oriented toward our customers before and after the sale. We simply will not let there be such a thing as an unhappy customer of SAB!
